    Have a new modem, looking for port forwarding option in modem, cannot find. Playing games online is laggy and inconsistent and chat says nat issue.  Connection is low ping and ok speed so I'm guessing the eir modem is the issue.

    Wired connection.

    Any help would be appreciated.
