No 4g or even 3g

    Hi i habe my 4g plan active i gotten a 4g connection in days i dont even  3g. I can provide my  number but dont know my Original password. Ive been all over dublin and never have i gotten 4g connection.

    Sorry to hear this. can you do a location update on your phone by putting it in flight mode for 10 minutes then restarting it, please?
