This isn't actually a technical error. The guys in the office recently decided that having the banlist visible to all served no real useful purpose other than satisfy a certain level of prurient curiosity. Consequently it is now only visible to Boards staff and admins.

Usually when you reach such a page you get a message telling you "you've tried to access a page that you don't have permission to view" or something to that affect.
