In the JC English speech, worth 10% of final mark , and part of the continuous assessment: there is mention of having to include where the material (facts) used in the speech was sourced from *in* the actual speech. Is this correct?
Putting in : "this fact was sourced from Wikipedia" during the speech ruins the flow and sounds odd. It also means that the speech, which is only 3 mins, is necessarily shortened by having to inc those references.

Any English teacher that can confirm, please?

I'm not an English teacher but my thoughts would be...

    1) Don't reference wikipedia, look at the reference that Wikipedia use (should have a little number next to it and then the reference will be at the bottom of the page)

    2) Then use that as your reference, saying eg/ according to White (2005), blah blah blah ...

The oral CBA is not worth 10% of your final mark. You're thinking of the written CBA, which itself isn't worth a percentage either but is necessary for the assessment task, which is worth 10%
