Constant connection issues with internet connection from Eir in Cavan town area.

    I am constantly having broadband issues with Eir, they say there is no issue but my connection is horrific. It lags in and out all the time, I cannot stream anything online and watch it properly, the broadband box is located too far away from the house and Eir refuse to upgrade the line to bring it closer to my house. I am just wondering if anyone with IT/broadband knowledge can advise me on what my best course of action is? I have no problem switching provider if it means a faster reliable service?

    I'm very sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you are having with your service. The best advice I can offer is to contact our support team on 1890 260 260, they'll be able to troubleshoot with you to identify the issue.
