Keep getting texts regarding overdue balance , we have spoken to Eir as we haven't received any bills since October. Apparently there has 2 bills issued but we haven't received due to incomplete address. We spoke to Eir last week to resend them & on receipt of same, we would pay the bill. But we haven't got any bills ....& we are still receiving "urgent " texts from EiR. Please help.

Even when you ask for the invoice and they fail to do that, the dysfunction that is eir will not try to call you, but will pass it on to their third party debt collectors.  Understandable if they had a system that worked, but the 99% of customer contact points unable to offer any genuine attempt at problem solving, online chat, helpline, etc.
