Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

does anyone know if there are any tax implications

    1) if an Irish company forgives old ICO balance to parent company who is not resident in Ireland?
    2) If Irish co is forgiven ICO debt owed by it to another company within the group?

    Thanks

    Hi there

it depends on how the debt arose originally if it was due to trade or finance related.

    regards
