Hi I'm getting the free Irish and UK calls package

Is there a way of barring all calls that aren't included in the free package

Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch. We do have call barring services available, however, there is none to just bar the outbound calls that are not covered by your bundle. There is also a charge to have call barring on your account. Are there any calls in particular that you'd like blocked from outbound calls?

i thought you could bar premium and international calls

would that not be everything outside the bundle?

It is possible to block these numbers. If you PM me your account number and full name I can add this to your account and check exactly what calls you're covered for.

i will do when the switch is completed thanks

the package is free calls to 'irish and uk landlines and mobiles'

so would everything else be blocked when you add those 2 ?

i dont need uk calls only calls to irish landlines and mobiles
