I'm buying a house at the moment and am in a chain. Another sale is holding up the chain. What I've been told is that Danske Bank arranged to sell its loan portfolio to the Pepper Group and this deal is holding up the release of the title deeds of the house in question. I'm wondering if anyone else is or was in the same…

I'm surprised as Pepper have been managing Danske mortgages for a few years now. But possibly they want to do a clean transfer where documentation is in place.
