    New satellite at 1.9 East which has been testing for a few months. Very strong 15 dB on 12303 H 27500 and 14.4 dB on 12456 H 27500. No channels currently on these two.

    12.5 dB on 12380 H 30000 which has about 40 channels including 3 FTA .

    I wonder if long term, that'll mean Bulgarian channels leaving Hellas Sat 39°E?

    Yep. HellasSat2's 15 year end of cycle comes to an end next year.

    Bulsatcom wanted their own given and got 2E. Their existing subscribers will have to move their dishes.

    I gather there'll be a BulgariaSat-2 too.
