Major issues then certainly discuss the price. Minor issues just ask yourself is the house worth the money to you? Buying a new build may not get you a perfect house either. I have carried out snag lists on new builds that had a secondhand kitchen fitted. Mould on skirting boards. Shower vents not connected. Driveways needed relaying. Kitchen extractor fan venting directly into the cavity. Just because its new doesnt mean its perfect.
