you could head through Sligo town itself, good few sets of lights. Or you can go straight through the first roundabout and it brings you out in Manorhamilton, not a great road.
Aside from that unless you go via Dublin.

Leave early and stop at Marble Arch Caves outside Ennniskillen, worth the visit.
