Change of mortgage rate, how long does it take?

    Hi, 
    I'm looking to change my mortgage rate from variable to fixed, I filled in the online application last Thursday and i still haven't heard anything back. Just wondering how long does it take for them to reply?

    Thanks for the reply Sarah. BOI have sent me out the docs via post, the video shows that it was an email but it's fine either way. Thanks for looking into it for me.
