Does anyone know if asking the PRTB to get involved in trying to get deposit back from landlord has a time limit? We had hoped to sort it without PRTB but it is dragged on and looks like we wont be able to.

ETA - sorry wrong forum, could a mod move to main Accommodation forum? thanks

Statute of Limitations (ie 6 years) apply to all disputes that don't refer to invalid notices of terminations....so you've lots of time. Contact the RTB and make a complaint.
