Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lingard our saviour, make him captain.

More local lads should be getting a chane in these types of games.

    Coincidence?
    I think not

Good footwork from the lad who's **** with his feet.

    Nice control from Rom

Lukaku needed that. Although he nearly butchered that move twice.

Even though that wasn't from a corner, that's why we should be leaving Lukaku up the field when defending them.

Delighted to see him on the score sheet.

He did well to control it from the air and then nearly ****ed it up after the return pass from Martial.

Lindelof looking decent at RB where plenty CBs cut their teeth before moving in centrally.

  • Lingard rocket - Check
    Martial Assist - Check
    #Donkeyscores - Check
    Clean Sheet - Check
Hard earned win and through to next round - Check

His ball in to the box was poor though
Desperately need a quality right winger

Really enjoyed that. Loved that the ball itself was passed at pace constantly.

Loads of chances made. Loads of entertainment. A couple of goals eventually.

    Very enjoyable.

Probably underhit the pass to Martial in the first place.

Yes but he didn't! I was sure he was gonna make a balls of it then but he didn't, he kept his composure and finished it. Deserves credit for that, nice to see him smile again too :)

Good entertainment on a Friday night. Some decent football played.

  • Credit to Derby and in particular Keogh
Look a strong outfit and look like they will get promoted

Put in one cracking cross in first half tho. Rashford was on his heels for it. His passing was better than Mkhitaryan tho :)

Yep derby hung out for longer then expected gave a decent account of themselves but over all I thought we deserved to win by more.

Comments in here about rashford is nonsense again as usual he missed one or two chances but he was unlucky with them too.

And as for saying pogba is ****..... doesn't even warrant a debate head and shoulders above most of the rest.

It was nice to see Jose keep him left of midfield too even without mate hopefully it's a sign of things to come.

Matt Holland said that it was "harsh on Derby". Jesus H Christ, what was he watching? United had 28 shots, hit the post multiple times, and were absolutely camped in their box for the majority of the second half with an absolute heap of good chances.

Some of pogbas long range passing off both feet was a joy to watch tonight.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,737 ✭✭✭Hococop

Only flaw was that lack to shoot in the box, a few times the ball landed at our players feet in the box and they completely fluffed it, they didn't know when to shoot and what foot to use
