Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Carrick and Angel Gnomes have. Hope the kid gets some time cause I've heard great things.

He wont cover much ground for a winger imo.

It is Angel though, isn't it? That's how I've seen his name...

SSN doing a tour of Yeovils ground yesterday

FFS Utd played them three years ago
so its nothing new to most of the squad

Get in,get the result and leg it

Cant wait for the fancy graphs tonight showing the cost of both teams

3 years?! Damn, would have reckoned 2.

I just remember Herrera scoring in that match. He scored 8 in all comps that season (2014/15). 3 the following season, 2 last season, has yet to score this season. :(

In making correlations about Mourinho's past and if trying to make any representations about maybe where issues might occur and all that, Madrid is a brilliant corresponding example that nearly identically matches us.

At the highest level, a club steeped in rich history and success, where there is a core belief of "how" the team should look, operate and play, and imprinting a drastically different approach, can cause conflict and issues.

While obviously you can't predict anything per say, if you wanted to try, Real Madrid is the perfect example I'd suggest. In terms of clubs he managed.

Madrid is nothing like United in relation to what bucketybuck was talking about, and I agree with him.

Madrid is a big club, steeped in tradition, wants to play a certain way etc, but the interference from board level makes it completely different to United.

Christ - Sanchez comes in and Jose takes Martial out of the squad completely.

    What a JOKE.

This says an awful lot about the attitude to anti-doping in football....basically it was at the bottom of the list of things to do and they just couldn't be bothered doing the test as if delaying the signing was going to make a blind bit of difference since we weren't playing til today....oh maybe the photographer was pre-booked....

I'd be impressed by the positive attitude on display if their idea of having a bit of craic was to stay behind and practice free kicks :pac:

End of a session, nothing better than staying out on the pitch with a few lads practicing penos and free kicks. Usually good banter and maybe a few side bets as well

Big time. Hopefully they were already doing this but if that's a Sanchez effect it's very reminiscent of what Cantona brought for the young lads.

I was lucky enough to get a ticket tonight, and I am watching the teams warm up.

Lingard took time out to have a kick around with some the Yeovil youth team in the middle of the pitch. Just for a minute, but they loved it.

Thought it was a nice touch.

I'd be slightly concerned, hopefully they don't set a precidance of rash tackles and risk injury to Utd players

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,754 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

Commentary stupid about the referee should have used common sense when he booked the Yeovil town player after 30 seconds.
If the tackle is bad enough for the referee to believe it is a yellow then the time doesn't matter.
