    Yes,

    After the deadline you will be asked to vote for various catogories, in a Eurovision style marking system.

    1 for the lowest, 12 for the highest.

    As long as you don't throw 15 random Irish celebrities on one of your shows like some guy did a couple of years back, nearly every roster gets a good few votes.
