I remember Suge Knight ripping the absolute piss out of him on Howard Stern.

He said Snoop used to get mixed up when taking about his bogus criminal past. Sometimes he'd claim affiliation with a Crips crew and other times with a Blood.

Suge said he had to work behind the scenes to keep him safe at one point because real gangbanger types don't take too kindly to people trying to pass themselves off as 'gangstas', and using the names of real crews.

Suge Knight has no credibility, no one cares what he says and probably be inclined to believe the opposite of what comes out of his mouth.
