Fancy biscuits with fancy prices are much in evidence at Christmas time.

Cardamom, ginger, and all sorts of things that aren't everyday biscuit ingredients are more prevalent at Christmas.

For me Bourbon Creams are the perfect biscuit for everyday eating.

Bourbon Creams are a fave in The Billy household too, along with Ginger Nuts & Fruit Shorties.

Jaysus but you're all very traditional. Personally I find it hard to beat a fresh Toffypop.

My absolute favourite is a McVities chocolate digestive.

I dislike biscuits :) Too sweet; popular ones have cheapskate ingredients, and taste like it.

Border Biscuits (and clones) prolly an exception, in that they're generally not so sweet.

Aldi fig rolls are my favorite too.
Mcvitties and Jacob's come in joint second.
    Lidl comes last.

Does Spekulatius count? Given that they're kind of seasonal and only available around this time of year?

I've just seen this World Biscuit Map. Nice graphic, not sure about the chosen biscuits.

Not sure about the geography, either. When you click on the biscuit in Siberia, it takes you to a recipe from Sicily?

Ah, that's because of the connections between the Sicilian and Russian Mafia

    Well spotted :)

I also see that Malta is now in Northern Italy.
