Gauranteed 'No price rise for 5 years' ad some months ago?

    Hi,

    Just wondering in terms of this price hike coming in the new year. Perhaps I'm missing something but I remember an ad some months ago about Electric Ireland keeping the same price for 5 years?

    Thanks for your message.

    We are not aware of such an advert. Could you advise regarding the platform (television, radio, online, etc.) where you saw the advert? 

    Is it possible that the advert you are referring to is the ad regarding the savings of up to 8.5% that are available to Electric Ireland customers, new and existing? These savings are available year on year, on a rolling basis, and would have been advertised in great detail last year.
