I'm not his biggest fan, (putting it mildly) the way he trys to referee games, some of his tackling and just generally because he can do no wrong in media eyes. Saying all that, he is one of the all time greats and his interview shows he's an okay guy off the pitch, he'll be a big miss for Queensland, Kangaroos will cope!

should have retired last season he had a pretty perfect season , go on a high .
the blues are favourites this year and there is no internationals as such, so going out after possibly being spanked by the blues would be a real anti-climax . like him or not he is still up there with all the GOAT's

That was a stunning finale. So much action in those final ten minutes.

As far as this weekend goes, Sky Sports are showing 5 NRL games live. I think this is because of Magic Weekend.

Mad game to end the day. Ill discipline all over the place, poor refereeing, mistakes everywhere, but the important end result, Storm lose. They missed Smith today, and Slater didn't have a great game.

Can't see it happening. He'll finish up next year at the Brisbane. He can be stubborn though if he feels he's been pushed you never know and he is a bit sick of the Aussie media.
