    Please.

Any advice a few weeks ago my iPad mini 2 WiFi stopped working.

I think it occurred after an iOS software update.

When I search for WiFi it detects it and notifies me when it connects successfully.

However each time I try to open a webpage no joy.

I also turned on my hotspot on my mobile and same, it detects it connects but no web pages opening.

Please anyone familiar with this issue? Love get it back for Xmas :(

When you say 'stopped working', is it just Safari or the whole iPad?? If it is just Safari, go into Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

Try that and reconnect to Wi-Fi and see how you go.

Thanks I tried that again no joy.

I also did a complete factory reset earlier and no luck.

It's same on chrome as safari.

All our other devices with WiFi in house are all operating fine.

I also rebooted the Eir modem several times

I bought this 2 years ago from Dixon's Dublin Airport.

Am I entitled to call apple helpline or is that only available while under warranty?

This happened to my iPad ages ago. I solved it but it involved having to connect it up to a PC running iTunes and putting it into DFU mode https://www.imore.com/how-to-iphone-ipad-dfu-mode

Just want to share my good news it may help someone else!

Last night I was studying various YouTube videos on how to fix the issue of no internet pages opening.

    DFU mode never fixed it.

    Anyway simple thing fixed it.

I turned off Bluetooth and boom back it came :)
