Yet another incorrect bill!

    After about five or six phone calls to eir in recent months, I have given up calling them, hence my post here.
    Please can you amend my most recent bill as it is yet again incorrect.
    My eir bundle is meant to be €52 (€57 minus the €5 discount for staying with you for 18 months) yet my bill says it's €57 (€62 minus the discount).
    This is incorrect and I would like a new bill emailed or posted to me please.
