    Yesterday I tried to top up by €20, as i've a new card I entered in new details to do so yet got no credit. I checked my bank balance and money has been taken from it. I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking it might arrive later on but no joy. 
    This is not the first time this has happened either!!! Last time I was out €80 because it was taken out of my account four times.
