2 year ban for Brad Scott for cocaine use.

Must not have anybody worthwhile to snitch on.

Makes sense for Khabib to cement his legacy by defeating Tony and then one more big money fight against GSP. Conor is done and dusted.

How is he done, honestly your blind hatred leads you to spouting some amount of ****e.

I'm assuming he meant McG is done and dusted as in for potential opponents for Khabib, he beat him so it's done and dusted.

I thought it was allowed outside of competition? He was hardly snorting lines in the lead up to a fight?

That's weed! Not the devil's dandruff. Cocaine is illegal anywhere! At any time!

Khabib and GSP won't draw the casual viewer in. You want an 8 figure pay day you have to fight McGregor, no one else is drawing numbers even half of what McGregor is. There's a reason GSP keeps talking about fighting McGregor and not khabib or any other fighter.

GSP is giving his usual mixed messages. He is excited by it but doesn't want to fight right now:

It may be illegal in the eyes of the law but I don't think you get a ban for taking cocaine out of competition.

You'd be wrong. It's on page 13 of the UFC Athlete handbook

Is that not the Code of Conduct thing? Its the reason Jones went into rehab after his positive test. Coke is not (or should not be) tested for by USADA out of competition, as far as I'm aware

As per usada Coke is allowed out of competiton. So would it be a ban from the UFC themselves?

I was referring to USADA (and commissions but who do they ever catch) who look after all of the UFC testing and bans that come from failed tests now.

Is the code of conduct still a thing, link to this document? I assume it's something they can use to discipline someone if they are off the rails/at their discretion but doubt they have anything concrete written down that you're getting disciplined if you show coke in your system.

They don't test for it out of completion so there ok. It's only banned in comeption.

Illegal maybe, but USADA don't care if it's out of competition, plenty fighters take cocaine.

Pretty sure USADA/WADA don't hand out bans for it outside competition though.

Khabibs on a victory tour and Conor is on a whiskey tour says Dana.

Yep, it's definitely mentioned there, but it doesn't say whether in comp or out of comp.

In fact, if you read the article below, the usada statement specifically states that he failed an in competition test at UFC Liverpool, and the article itself them goes on to explain the difference between this and Jon Jones test

Nope. As everyone said, it's in competition only.
Kinda widely known since the Jones' OOC cocaine thing.
Yes, it's a stimulant. If you look at page 7. It literally says stimulants are prohibited in-competition only.

The UFC handbook is just repeating the USADA banned list. The URL is even usada.org. And USADA themselves defer to the WADA list.

    PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
    Substances
    S0 Non-approved substances
    S1 Anabolic agents
S2 Peptide hormones, growth factors, related substances and mimetics
    S3 Beta-2 agonists
    S4 Hormone and metabolic modulators
    S5 Diuretics and masking agents
    Methods
M1 Manipulation of blood and blood components
    M2 Chemical and physical manipulation
    M3 Gene doping

    PROHIBITED IN-COMPETITION
    S6 Stimulants
    S7 Narcotics
    S8 Cannabinoids
    S9 Glucocorticoids
