10-8 Schaub. Dana might not make it off the stool.

Wonder will this grow any legs, seems to be floundering since last year.

Christina Denning, the attorney for Hunt, told MMA Fighting that she is considering amending her complaint in the lawsuit in the wake of Lesnar’s return. Hunt has alleged that the UFC, White, and Lesnar have committed racketeering, fraud, battery, and civil conspiracy, among other things, with regards to Lesnar’s failed drug test in relation to Lesnar’s fight with Hunt at UFC 200 in 2016.

With Lesnar now back on the UFC roster and about to earn a title shot, Denning believes it could bolster Hunt’s case.

The Bellator Welterweight Grand Prix tournament sounds a bit stupid. Rory is in it, but if he loses, hes still the Welterweight champ? Can't make sense of it. I thought he was fighting Musassi anyway for the 185 belt?

    He is.

    He is.

Ok. Stil ridiculous that he can lose a fight in the Welterweight division and still be the champ of the division.

Not sure, one of the click bait mma websites . Is it true?

I have no idea. I haven't read anything to suggest it is.

I imagine the natural thing would that if MacDonald loses before the final, the belt would be vacant until the tournament winner is crowned.

Lima-Koreshkov 3 is a good way to start it anyway

The grand prix fights are 3 rounds, championship fights have to be 5 rounds.
GP Final *might* be 5 rounds, but bellator don't normally make main events 5 rounds unless it's for a belt, and seeing as the GP isn't designed to be for a title, it will probably just be a 3 round fight.

    It's a strange one..

Will be good to see Michael Page fight at a decent level at last. I hope he is the real deal

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,405 ✭✭✭Lukker-

It was, but honestly, he could probably do it if he wanted.

We’ll all be expecting a strike fest and end up getting a ngannou v Lewis type fight

Sorry, as lads said, I meant Semtex. Paul Daley.
Had been talking earlier about how Rumble Johnson used to make WW and had a brain fart with nicknames.

    Been confirmed on twitter.

Montano v Shevchenko offical for UFC 228 along with Kowalkiewicz v Andrade which could be a cracker of a fight. Also Anderson Silva gets 1 year ban for tainted supplement, he is eligible to fight again in November. I'm thinking Jon Jones will be getting a similar suspension.

Montaño and de Randamie should have a fight at 135 to determine the worst champion in UFC history.

By virtue of defending belt alone it's gonna be De Randamie anyway

Yup. Just signed up for another Eir contract too mainly because of it.

Who the buck are Eleven sports?? Surely that's a step backwards for the UFC?

That's the UFC, Serie A and La Liga they've taken from BT now, as well as a few leagues from Sky.

Interesting to see what their pricing will be like

Did I read that they are an online streaming company? No TV channels?

Yeah it seems to be access via their website and apps only

    http://elevensports.com/territories/uk-ireland/uk-ireland-faqs/

    Although I've just noticed this:
We are working hard to ensure distribution everywhere and that means that we are also in discussions with all major platforms (including Sky, BT & Virgin) in the UK and Ireland to offer you the widest possible access to our content.

So it might stay on BT after all?
