    Holloway says he'll gladly step up if anything goes wrong with either of them. Holloway has come on leaps and bounds on the mic in the last year or eighteen months. "You gotta fight the best and the best is Blessed" is a pretty damn great line.

    Gonna go out on a limb here. They're gonna borrow a bit more from boxing move McGregor to "Super Champion" or "Champion Emeritus" or similar bollocks.

    Delighted that hes been stripped. Khabib and Tony have more claims to the belt. Two best lightweights in the world imo.

    I imagine we will get some pissy and bitter comments from mcgregor and kavanagh in the next few days. They should have zero complaints

    He's a bit more confident alright but Jesus he's painful to listen to. All these pre-rehearsed lines (the majority of which fall flat) and laughing at his own weak jokes. Great fighter, not so great showman.

    Would be funny if the whole thing was a ruse by Dana to get Khabib and Tony (Conor's biggest threats) booked and away from Conor.

    Conor comes out tomorrow and says "I wanted to fight all along" and they book him against someone easy on 222

    Dana doesn't make the calls anymore so he can't say too much like he used too.

    I think they'll try get McGregor ringside for a face off with the Tony/Khabib winner or have him committed to it or strip him the week leading up to it.

    Prediction: he'll sign on to fight the winner and be in town but won't show up to the fight for a face off.
