Where to buy in Portlaoise?

Hi all, Currently renting an apartment in parkside. We are considering buying a gaf and laying roots in Portlaoise. Where would ye recomend looking to buy? I commute via the train daily and he’s in the curragh. Looking for an area where we can happily rear kids and they would have access to hopefully the best schools for…

Hi all,

Currently renting an apartment in parkside. We are considering buying a gaf and laying roots in Portlaoise.

Where would ye recomend looking to buy? I commute via the train daily and he’s in the curragh. Looking for an area where we can happily rear kids and they would have access to hopefully the best schools for them.

Also any words of wisdom of undesirable areas would be appriciated also!!
