    Hi,

Can you let me know which branches in Cavan have a statement printer on site?
There used to be one in the Arva branch but this doesn't seem to be there anymore.

    Thanks for your help,

    Hi Kat13,

Welcome to Boards and thanks for your post.

We do have a Mini Statement machine in the branch in Cavan, which will include 3 months of transactions. They don't include your address so cant be used for proof of address.

If you wish to print an e-statement and don't have access to a printer we'd advise that you visit a local library where you can print your e-statements from your 365 online account.

Please let us know if you need anything else.

    Thanks again, Jane

If e-statements can be produced by your backend system then why can't branch staff print them using their in-branch PC to the local network's laser printer??

One of the main reasons for estatements is to get folks to do it for themselves, completely counter productive from a business point of view to facilitate printing requests....you do one, you will be doing hundreds a week, which in turn creates extra work from an all ready depleted customer service desk.
