    Patriots aren't playing around tonight.
They can't afford to, if they lose Steelers get the #1 seed in the AFC.

So good to see Shazier in the stadium.

Whew, that's a win and a bye, know beat either the Raiders or Cowboys and we have the #1 seed. My only worry now is our defense, what happened out there with them? Foles looked great to be fair. Not Wentz great, but still great.

The way they've played the last 2 weeks this team ain't beating the saints/vikings/rams in the playoffs we could get the first round bye but I can't see any way we go beyond that

To be honest, all I'm worried about is the defense. Special teams did really well, Foles looked damn good, O-line did well. If we get the defense sorted and are at the Linc for the play-offs? Can't count us out. And we only need one win to secure the #1 seed.

Pretty **** play calling from the Rams there. INT on 4th down.

Brown limping off the field in Pittsburgh. Looks nasty on the ankle.

Even as a Ravens fan, that's very disappointing. You'd really want to see them have as much firepower as possible up against the Patriots.

The season of horrible injuries to the best players continues :(

    Gronk is actually unfair. :pac:

Brown gone in for an x-ray. FFS.

If he's out you just can't see the Patriots being stopped again in the AFC.

Steelers don't need Brown. This defense is all over the place. Giving up cheap yards on 3rd down all over the place.

It's going to be tough to beat the Steelers even without Brown. They look very good on both sides of the ball.

Pats defense is certainly helping them.

Calf injury and he will be back for the playoffs. Can't see his injury being season ending but I was talking about this game.

I can't quite believe that HT scoreline in Seattle.

And it just got worse. Gurley with his fourth td of the night.

One of the worst throws you will ever see Brady throw.

No way on the last couple of games that the patriots will win the superbowl. Defense all over the place

Never count them out ever. Playoffs and regular season are two different beasts.

I didn't see the Dolphins game but some of the defence tonight is comically bad. And that INT, one of the worse throws from Brady I've seen, just should have taken the sack.

God Wilson would drive you mental from the opposition side

The eagles shine has faded. That defensive performance would need to improve fairly rapidly. The Rams blowing out the Seahawks is the Rams taking advantage of the Seahawks being a poor team bar Russell Wilson.

The titans and 49ers looks like a good close game.

Titans starting to roll now. The difference in the 49ers the last few weeks has been pretty impressive. Signs look good for next season.

Yeah and most of the dolphins offence was worse than bad

Ive been very impressed with Jimmy. A couple of good drafts and FA periods, he'll do wonders

Yeah, he's been good. One or 2 WR's and an upgrade on the offensive line and they should be a good offense. Loads of cap space and good draft capital.

    mad play

why cant he throw it again?

You are only allowed 1 forward pass per play.

Brady going to get the ball back with a chance to win

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators Posts: 21,693 Mod ✭✭✭✭helimachoptor

    ****ing hell

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

Oooooooh Davis, you've got to make that catch and end the game.

We all know what happens when Brady gets a second chance.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

And just as day follows night, Brady marches the Patriots down field on a 2 minute drill to win the game.

    The man is ****ing inhuman.

Exactly why we missed Gronk last week.

Brady is unreal, father time not catching up with him

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,457 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

Mr Clutch is something else, huge play to get the two point conversion. Gronk so crucial on that drive.

All on the Pats D now to win this

I'd give Gronk the plaudits there, beautiful catch off the ground.

I think Romo has literally called every single play correctly tonight.

What an awesome addition he has been to the broadcast this season.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,276 ✭✭✭✭StringerBell

Whatever happens from here, Gronk has eaten them alive this second half

    Ah for **** sake

D has been awful the last two games. Only thing is Steelers took their last time out so if we could somehow get an unlikely sack it's over.
