After 10 I’d imagine. Another 3/4 fights before Katie.

Thanks for that link above. Nobody there to watch the fights yet. Come on Katie. Anyone know why the fight venue was chosen as UK and not Ireland?

If she is wins a fight against Chantelle Cameron would be a good match up. Imagine there would be a decent amount of interest for that.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

Just started om youtube. Venue is empty!

Finding it strange boxing being on, on a midweek night.

After 10 for sure as this doesn’t switch to SS Main Event until 9:45. Not surprised that this isn’t selling and that they are showing it for free. Hard to Hype. In reality she is fighting a nobody.

I wasn’t expecting a great card but this is pants!

A mid week fight is a disaster. I'd say after the football is all over before Katie is on.

    Youtube stream is gone!

    :(

Benn down twice in rd 1....

Commentators said knockdown 2 was slip. It was not.

    10/7 rd

    Benn looks very limited.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,535 ✭✭✭ForestFire

What are people watching. All I see in the link above is a 52 min video. You can forward to any part at any time but there is nothing live and no new video since I checked over 30mins ago??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 56,729 ✭✭✭✭walshb

    This is a belter...

Benn a punch or two away from being knocked out..

Could of be 4 points down with 3 to go...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,139 ✭✭✭✭normanoffside

What is Bellew watching? Benn won the 3rd clearly.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 56,729 ✭✭✭✭walshb

    The link only for prelims.

What is Bellew watching? Benn won the 3rd clearly.

He must have based it off the last ten seconds😄

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,398 ✭✭✭megadodge

I remember saying about Benn that he'd be in exciting fights. Well this is a cracker.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 56,729 ✭✭✭✭walshb

Bellew, shut up. Rds 2-4 were close. Can win on points...

I don’t think I have ever heard two voices more identical than Paul Smith and Tony Bellew. Only I know Bellew is commentating I would not be able to tell.

Some fight! Reckon Benn gets the third on a Matchroom car. Might sneak this.

    What a fight that was

Cracking fight, Benn is terrible though. He's going to get absolutely obliterated when he steps up.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 56,729 ✭✭✭✭walshb

    Overall Benn deserved it...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,309 ✭✭✭✭wotzgoingon

Big time. So open and wild..

    Bellew calling him Payano :p
Benn by a point here. Benn clearly won the 3rd although Peynaud might have won the 4th.

    Scorecards were a joke

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 56,729 ✭✭✭✭walshb

Benn could well have gotten rds 2-6 inclusive. Bellew not a great judge..

    Score fair..

Benn getting 5 rds and Peynaud 1...

    Benn's quite badly marked up.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,915 ✭✭✭Morrison J

Christ, I can't figure that scorecard out at all. Awful.

Great fight. Benn is going to get absolutely sparked very soon though if they don't hold him back.

    Why?

    Rd 1 a 10-7

    Rds 2-4 were 10-9 and 5 and 6 were 10-8..

Benn was well in to take rds 2, 3 and 4..

Maybe harsh rather than a joke, the french lad was game as can be. Gave him r4 also. Had benn winning but not by 5 myself.

That was ferociously enjoyable. Benn was very good after the fight, very honest.

    Didn't see 2 but I gave Benn 3-6 inclusive with 2 x 10-8 in there.
I was taking Bellend's word that Peynaud won the 2nd.

Absolutely no chance Paynaud gets that decision if it's the other way round though. It's classic Matchroom and it's a poor card.

When Sky are even admitting it you know it's a shocker.

Instead of always crying foul score the fight...

3 rds clear and 3 quite close...

Non issue that Benn won by 3 points..

Really looking forward to watching Kelly again. He's a serious prospect!

Ok, still loses by 2 points if rd 2 for Peynaud..

Wouldn't be a bad card if he loses by a point. I could definitely see a case for that. The annoyance is that it's so ridiculously wide to a point there has to be some bias involved.

My math a bit all over shop

    10/7 and 10/9 for Peynaud

    10/9, 10/9, 10/8 and 10/8 for Benn

    That is 56/54 for Benn...

Ref must have given Benn 5 rds, rd 2 in that to give 57/54...

Rd 2 then the only dispute.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 56,729 ✭✭✭✭walshb

Katie be doing well if she’s walking to the ring for ten 30!

    ??

The ref only gave Peynaud one round which was a 10-7. All the others to Benn from round 2-6 with two 10-8 rounds. That makes 57-53.

If Peynaud got the 2nd round he'd deserved it'd be 56-54.

Give the 3rd to Peynaud and it's a 55-55 draw.

I personally agreed with Bellew that Peynaud won the third and that it should've been a draw but the third was close I agree.

Kelly is a desparetly disappointing, I was expecting something special. He's a bit all show, no go.

Like I said, math bit messy tonight.

    57/53 was official score?

That being 5 rds to 1....

Could have sworn I heard 57/54 as score...

Not sure how ref scored each rd. But I have no issue with 5-1 in rds or 4-2 in rds to Benn..

    My score...

    56/54, with rd2 a possible Benn Rd..

But the ref scored it 57-54 did he not? So he must have given one of the rounds a Draw.
Honestly can't see how anyone gives Peynaud the 3rd. He hurt Benn in the last 20 seconds but Benn dominated the other 2 minutes 40 and hurt Peyanud more than once.
