Bicycle lockers removed from car parks

I cycle to the city centre regulatly, lock my bike in secure lockers in city centre car park where i can also store my gloves, jacket, waterproof pants etc. These srcure lockers have been removed from Thomas st., car park and are being removed from Howleys Quay car park.
