    Hi,

    I would like to activate a line with you but have a quick question. I had an old line about two years ago and a number I had for 10 years. I'm in a house in the same exchange area and would like that number back. Is that possible if not being used currently ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch. We will need to order this service for you first. When it is active with a new number we can request your old number back and it will take up to 10 working days for us to determine whether this is possible.
