Can I cancel a money transfer I made using phone 365?

     Can I cancel a money transfer I made using phone 365?  I usually do transactions online but just tried to do transfer by phone and sent €10.00 to the wrong account.

    Hi Wexfordshopper,

    Thanks for your post.

    It's not possible to cancel the transfer once you confirm it with your PIN, it will be necessary to contact the payee you made this to in order to ask them to send the amount back to you.
