Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are these common in other Irish and EU cities? A lot in Dublin but totally unregulated.

Dublin City Council considering ban. Should they be banned?

was collecting someone from the 3 arena recently. Pure madness. They would arrive together in huge groups, they’d see the guards and they’d all do a u turn together in the middle of the road blocking traffic both directions, more than 50. Thry would then come back and try again. They would continue this cycle until one of the lucky few managed to pickup a passenger before the guards started walking towards them.

How are they allowed away with this? Then two of them proceeded to race down the quays with passengers, nearly crashing into a car in the process

This topic has been done to death on Boards.

Yes they should be banned, what to do with the people operating them,
now that's a topic for discussion.

I don't mind them personally, cheap alternative to taxis when you want to get somewhere relatively close by quickly. But the speed they travel through pedestrian areas with seemingly very little concern about hitting somebody is a bit unnerving

The drivers should be fully licensed to own and operate Rickshaws.

At one and the same time Rickshaws will be permanently and completely banned in Ireland.

More commercial red tape and regulation is the last thing we need.

Maybe in Dublin. But one in London wanted £20 quid off me that would have taken 10 minutes in a taxi. When I pointed out the distance to him, I was the one to be told 'fcuk off!'

Yes, they should be banned or at the very least, regulated. They are a traffic hazard.

Will be banned as they are literally pedalling drugs all over town.
