Classic Christmas tree lights/ lanterns

Any idea of where I could get lights or lanterns anything even close to these? The ma loves the classic ones and I'm trying to find her a set. She's just not fond of the LEDs.

Heatons have a set that has the small lanterns in your photo, that's as close as I have seen.
