    The last I heard of Irish fishermen was people from Egypt, The Philippines, etc etc being imported to work in the industry.
    The story dealt with the plight of these people, working effectively as slaves.

    The plight of these and other people being imported into Ireland and their treatment will doubtless be a future scandal.

    'Who knew?' will be the common refrain.

    Plus ca change!

    well what do you know.. the Atlantic Dawn was re-named and re-registered in the Nethrelands (2:00, but the whole video is worth a look)


    Indeed - but what is a better read/watch is how they got the Dawn on to the Irish register in the first place ;)
