Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Will you be in Amsterdam, or do you plan to travel outside the city?

Sorry for asking, but it’s not 100% clear from your post

yes we are staying in Amsterdam but not central it's a 10 min train journey. But want to visit other towns also. I know there is tram and bus tickets but looking for just a train or all three

I don’t think there’s a train day pass. The I Amsterdam Card is the best bet for travelling around the city.

If you want to use trains, you either need to buy tickets, or else have an OV chipkaart (the equivalent of our Leap Card). Train journeys will require a balance of €20 to be present on the card when starting the journey. (The €20 balance limit doesn’t apply for bus or tram trips) So not very feasible whe you’re over there for a short trip.
