    I signed up on 5th Dec with a door to door salesman for dual play...anytime.

    I got an email giving me this cust number <removed>.

    I want to be connected to broadband.

    I want to know my landline number.... do i buy my own phone?

    I was sent a modem in the post.

    When we connect it up it doesn't work...

    Do I need to cancel Vodafone when I do eventually get connected to EIR? I was told I wouldn't.....

    From what date will I get charged? It better not be the sign up date.....
