phishing email

I have received a "phishing email" with the title account notification ,looking for me to click on a button and follow the instructions , but in the url the following is the start of the lead address.....[snipped] I am assuming that BOI operational address is a dot com. Am I correct in assuming that this is a phishing…

Am I correct in assuming that this is a phishing email , which in fact made it through my email spam .

This would be a spam email.
