Turning on HD Channels

    Hi

    I was in contact with EIR agent this morning on web chat...

    If I turn on the HD Channels I am committing to another 24 months?? Is this true?


    Tried getting through to sales team via phone but no luck...

    Can you clarify?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here. 

    I've spoken to our sales team and they have confirmed that adding the HD channels would not tie you into a new contract as it's an add-on.
