    Electric Ireland Social Media Customer Care is now finished up until next Wednesday morning, 27th of December.

    Customer Service/PAYG telephone advisors are available on 1850 372 372 or (00353) (0)1 8529534 until 8pm tonight and until 5.30pm tomorrow Saturday (they will then return on Wednesday morning 27th December also).

    PAYG credit-friendly hours are in effect now, and will finish next Wednesday morning. All of the ways in which to top up a PAYG meter are listed here on the Electric Ireland website.

    In the event of a power-line fault, always contact ESB Networks (no matter which electricity billing company you are registered with).
