Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Salah praying someone signs him before the window closes there.

    Finally got a lucky break.
    Brutal cross again by Trent.
Salah again, little genius for us this year.

    Good man, keep it going.

Suppose it's impossible to get another too?

Our two backup strikers have scored 3 goals in total for the club. No gamechangers.

    Ings makes us better

I'd forgotten how much I hate Henderson and his Hollywood passes

    Great atmosphere in Anfield tonight.

Henderson picked out that ballboy with laser accuracy.

    Henderson, kicks it into touch.

Need Vicky Van Dicky to help us now, Milner should be dropping back to defend with Matip. We need a threat of another kind.

Really? Tonight he might. But he’s not what’s needed; the “back control” showed that.

Or the coach we are paying doing his job no???
Not even able to defend against West Brom & Swansea is embarrassing. We're giving Pardew a boost with this performance.

We're wasting a lot of time with these weird deep crosses to no-one.

Keep it on the ground, actually move around to give options and work a chance.

    WTF
A WORKED FREE KICK THAT CAUGHT OUR OWN PLAYERS OUT !!

He doesn't have to. He chose to. That's the sort of thing that will happen less, but I can't blame him to be honest, such a big decision coming moments after another huge one - he was just covering his own ass there, to make sure he wasn't gonna get pilloried after. As VAR becomes more trusted and normal, those sorts of second checks wont happen much I think.

His ass was covered the moment it went to VAR. The running over to double check the VARs decision on the TV was just time wasting.

That’s Marriners fault not the ref himself.

It's no coincidence that we look even more fragile with Mig and Moreno back in the team.

Rubbish, he’s played it back when under pressure; but has got his head up and moved/played it forward when it’s on.

Firmino with his clever penalty miss. Not the time to be clever.

How so? Sounded like Marriner gave his judgement, and the ref wanted to confirm it for himself.

And i can't blame him to be honest.. after the earlier decision, I can totally understand him wanting to be absolutely sure. And as I said, this is the type of thing that will only happen in the early days of VAR before everyone learns to trust it.

I’d argue that you lack an out an our goal scorer.

    Kane
    lLukaku
    Aguero
    morata

    I WISH HE WOULD.
Gets it and gets rid, wants Trent or VVD to make the play.

No, he's attempting Hollywood when under no pressure.

    Kane

    Aguero

Salah has outscored three of those this season so far

Yes, gets it and moves it on. We had 3 mid starters that kept taking too much out of it.
I don’t think Henderson is the answer, but our 3 starters passed it back, took too much time on the ball, did nothing to help defensively or in attack.

Terrible ball by Henderson but they blame Moreno.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,105 ✭✭✭mada999

muck... no composure these lads ..

    3 mins to go

'' why not put VVD up there for the last ten minutes''

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

TAA doesn’t seem to pick anyone out he just hoofs it into the box.
Got lucky for the 2nd but more often than not it’s just allowed Foster to regroup.

Nice to see Moreno defaulted back to sh1te after the injury layoff

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,945 ✭✭✭dogbert27

We'll hear how we got knocked out due to a penalty miss and an own goal but the second half has just been a lot of huffing an puffing. After the Swansea game we were expecting a big reaction but this is more of the same.

Bag of ****e seeing people leaving, if there was penalties they'd stay to the end.
