I am sure the club would have a case against Nike and maybe Barcelona for breaching branding laws. New Balance may also have a case if you wanted to be extreme. Would all depend on image rights and if the player (which I wouldnt expect) or the club owns them.

Liverpool could cetainly argue that the brand image is damaged and that potential marketing money has been lost.
