Ah feck. That was a very nice passage of play.

If Solanke can get in on the act even my withered husk of a heart might grow three sizes.

Ox has to be silencing alot of doubters, and he must be close to pushing Can or Wijnaldum out of the starting XI for all games.
    He'll replace Can I think.

Coutiniho is unreal - I'm really gonna miss watching him.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,984 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

The whole stadium was willing that in for Solanke, so close and so well hit

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 61,007 ✭✭✭✭Agent Coulson

That's it Ox is finished with me after that pass.:pac:

Mane must be gutted at this

We will let him loose on Leicester, he'll be determined to impress.

Unleash him against Everton in the cup to make up for not passing in the league game.

Offside so no advantage, brought it back for freekick

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,578 ✭✭✭✭murpho999

The amount of time Liverpool get on the ball in the Swansea box is ridiculous.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,398 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

Good to see the advantage rule actually used properly.

Lallana makes the game look like it's played in slow-motion, I've missed how smooth he is with the ball.

    MIGNOLET :D

    MotM for the main man.

    Mignolet???

That was enjoyable. A shame Solanke couldn't get his first. Some competition for places now with Lallana back and the form of Ox

Good for the old goal difference anyway. Leicester at home next.

Considering we conceded most of our goal in 4 games we have only conceded 7 more goals than park the bus Jose's team.

I've little doubt he's nothing but delighted :)

Not this jive again, we still are sh1te in defence no matter what the stats say, we look hopeless against a half decent team that puts us under pressure, just because we can shut out your swanseas and West Broms does not make the team good at defending.

They've only scored 3 less than us in the league. To be fair.

Fair plan to Ox's in his interview. Not too happy with himself.

Kerrigooney was right the Arsenal is being knocked out of the Ox.

    Man Utd 10 5 3 2 18pts
    Liverpool 10 5 3 2 18pts

    Away

Redknapp backtracking on his halftime Firmino comments.

    Gotta be honest.

Ox has, for me, mainly looked good in games where we are hammering teams.

I'm less convinced of his worth just yet.

    Glad Mane got a rest..

Seems to have a good head on his shoulders.

Was firmly against signing him but Klopp has helped him kick on and his attitude is impressive.

    Stats are facts

I wanted Ox when I first heard we were linked. Delighted with how its turned out so far, tbh. I think there's a lot more to come from him too, I really do.

The fact that he's one of the most clued in, down to earth, footballers when interviewed is a nice bonus

Ha yeah, especially stats like considering we conceded x amount in x amount of games then we've only conceded x amount more than Utd, really hard hitting facts and stats!

Swear there'd be a lot less animosity in this thread if you couldn't see the names of the posters

23 goals conceded in the league.

8 of the goals were conceded in 16 games.

15 of the goals were goals conceded in 4 games. Two 3 alls where we were the better team and two spankings against City and Spurs.

    That's a mental stat really.

As the old quote goes I would rather lose one game five nil than lose five one nil games.

    Robertson is better than Moreno.
Ox should be ahead of Wijnaldum in the pecking order.
    Can is phoning it in.
Clyne is going to struggle to get back in the team.
I'm going to miss Coutinho when he goes.
    I love Bobby.

As usual, when we get that breakthrough at home, it's plain sailing.

Delighted with that win. You can never get bored or not enjoy a 5-0 whooping.

    Swansea were rubbish today.

Hopefully Klopp can get Van Dijk next month.

Thought Gini was better than Ox today.

Edit: To be fair, if i leave out today's game you are probably right about Ox.

Another brutal cameo from Lalanna. Horrendous when he came on.

I can't see him being a starter anytime soon.

Good second half performance after a terrible first half.

Really? I thought he looked great, sailed around with the ball and played some good 1-2s

We all know how good he has been in the past, once back up to match fitness, I'm confident he will be an added bonus to the array of talent we have.

To think otherwise would just be ridiculous, imho.

What were you watching? Eastenders? Some lovely close control in and around the 18 yard box.

Can can feck off, it's remarkable how he managed to look lumbering against that Swansea midfield.

Wijnaldum seems to be dropping deeper each game I wonder is the plan to have him as the holding player in the future.

Completely needless Cryuff turn followed by blazing it over the bar when there was an easy pass to Alexander Arnold (I think it was). Dribbled straight into players twice. I thought he was awful.

Hopefully! He be a far better option than Can

When Henderson is fit, I'd imagine he'll play there.

Doing a Cryuff turn in the penalty area might look nice but if there's an easy pass on then there's no need for it. He didn't spot the pass and he chipped it over the bar. Brainless.
