Does anyone know any good sites for showing you how to write User Case/reports

I've just started a p/t Masters after a long spell out of education. I was given examples of User cases and business cases but I have found them to be kind of helpful but not really helpful.

You are not going to learn a skill like that from a website. Go to your institute Library/support services, they will most likely have an academic writing centre and resources that can help you.
