LOL at Condit wearing earphones so he doesn't have to here this awful promo song.

Sponsored walk out songs, ffs lads is anything sacred. Condit always came out to mad death metal stuff aswell so this was definitely not something he wanted to do.

Ridiculous it is, the Rory Mac walkout song story was the best have you heard it?

    Decent card so far.

I know it's the normal, but does anyone else not like 3 rounds?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,795 ✭✭✭dulux99

Ive always liked Condit but it seems like he can only beat a specific type of fighter. The sport has passed him out

Was on another level, doesnt seem the same anymore. Would love to see him come out and blast magny because of how much I love him but with magnys size its gonna be a tough fight imo.

Called it magny to big. Condit wrestle****ed again.

    Would you rather 5x 3 mins ?

Cardio is so poor it might make for better fights . Then you look at magny who looks like he could go all day and thats an advantage he has

It's probably a personal opinion, but I've seen so many fights in the UFC where a fighter got dominated in the first 2/3 rounds, but then turned it on in rounds 4/5 and got the win. Just thinks it's very short especially in a sport where you can keep the opponent to the ground for a good chunk

Condit's corner said he needed 5 mins of fury at the start of round 3 but there wasn't much there. He doesn't have it in him anymore

The co-mains should be 5 rounds at least anyway

Totally slipped my mind that the Co main isn't 5 rounds, with the amount of Interm titles they have been doing recently I forgot :D Could they just not have made this the interm-interm title or something and call it 5 rounds :D

agreed. plenty of specialist "late round" fighters around.

but it would be hard to watch 5 rounds of every fight with the boring fights.

    Sometime between 4.30 and 5.15 I'd say
Could do with a stoppage or two alright

Yeah I know what you mean. But the fighters spend months in a training camp so would be good to actually see their fitness levels. I just think all fights should be 5 rounds, title or not

Condit has been average at best for the last 5 years in fairness. 2 wins in that space of time.

Very exciting mind, but he's done.

Anyone know the finish rate of womens fights? Not to be down on them but it has to be low I'd say

Problem with the lower weight women is that they have little to no knock out power
