Closing Graduate loan account

    Hi,


    I have a graduate loan which I took out about 2 years ago through BOI UCC branch. I have it on my online banking and the loan had no monthly repayments just needed to be cleared by January 2018 or else refinanced. I have transferred money into the loan account until I had a €0 balance in other words I have it paid off. But how do I get the account closed out and final statement as it is just sitting there now. I am hoping I can do it without having to go back to UCC BOI as I now live in Kilkenny. Thanks.
