    :pac:

my amazing improvements, if you hadn't heard -
Half marathon PB set in 2013 was 1:22:17
Four and a half years later I took 49 seconds off that:pac:

my 10 mile PB was 62:25, and after 3 years I managed to improve by 43 seconds :pac:

I'm sure boards can do better :D

At your age, any improvement is impressive. ;)

Ivorytower gets my vote, it won't get the recognition it deserves but anyone who has tried to break 60 seconds for 400m will understand how quick 53 seconds is.

Indeed! I once took 27 minutes off my marathon but if I managed to take 27 seconds off my PB these days I'd rate it a far better improvement!

I'd love to take any time of pbs these days. And I'm not even old....
