Clarehall houses... insulation windows/doors quality?

    Hello,

    Just spotted a house for sale in Clarehall (ill post a pic below), and while it will probably be another year before we can actually buy we are looking at areas that would be in our price range and this house looks nice, but just wanted to know what these houses are like for keeping the heat in...

    Anyone live in this type of house in Clarehall?

    Did you check or know the BER rating from similar houses?

    8 properties an daft.ie - a mix of houses and apartments with ratings of C1-C3, so middling. Expected for the houses, but disappointing for the apartments.

    The houses would mostly date from 1990-1995, the apartments mostly from 1998-2008.
